Discount does apply to members without HoT too

Can confirm, guild members representing a guild with this upgrade who have not bought Heart of Thorns (ie, just own core game), do indeed get the benefit of reduced WP costs. Yay! Screenshots can be unloaded if required. --Wolfie (talk|contribs) 13:34, 12 January 2016 (UTC)
