Wrong name?

The NPC currently present is named Ghostly Mage, maybe it changed over time? Maybe it changes each night to a different one? UnderworldRanger (talk) 18:34, 15 January 2025 (UTC)

According to the current documentation, the NPC "Only shows at night, but not every night.". Thus, if the NPC is considered a foe, it could also (but not for sure) be the case, that with each kill and respawn, it does spawn a different foe variant, which in your experience, could have been Ghostly Mage. Such "practice" is being used in some new zones/maps but at this moment I cannot 100% confirm that it also applies to the core content. Interestingly enough, as far as I can see, Ghostly Mage doesn't have its own page either. Vysnaite (talk) 16:39, 16 January 2025 (UTC)

I wrote that note myself, because the second night I checked neither Ghostly Fighter or Ghostly Mage was there, it was Fallen Soldier and now the third time I'm checking there are 3 Fallen Soldier NPCs standing there. None or them are foes either they are green NPCs and have dialog. UnderworldRanger (talk) 00:25, 17 January 2025 (UTC)

The NPC (Ghostly Mage) uses the same model as Ascalonian Necromancer.jpg, albeit with a spear, still close enough to probably not warrant a new file. UnderworldRanger (talk) 18:34, 15 January 2025 (UTC)
