Fortuitous Glitch?

I have the Group Event active right now and I have just discovered this area for the first time on any character. Nevertheless, Agent Raia has sold me this weapon and bought drops from me. She is buffed with Invisibility and 2 days of Stability. The "coin" merchant icon appears on the map and over her head. In the "Talk" option she is wearing a ninja-type headgear and says "I crashed my battlesuit, but I was able to salvage enough from it make a decent weapon. Interested?" (sic) Replies: "Sure, why not?" or "No, thanks. I'll stick with what I have."

So it may not be necessary to go through the events mentioned in the main article to acquire this gadget.

Attack range oddity

The gun seems to have an infinite "fire" range, but only a 900 effective attack range (though the latter is mentioned in the tooltip). Probably not. We have similar things with Elementalist and Mesmer autoattacks. SarielV 17:12, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
