The level 40 Experience Scroll does not currently exist in game and may simply be speculation on a 4th Birthday item. Lady Elyssa (talk) 14:43, 2 August 2016 (UTC)

I added it when it appeared up on the API (along with all the achiev up to birthday 10 O.o), but did forget to mark it as future content. I'm fairly certain it will be in; but has been marked as future content for now; thanks! -Darqam (talk) 14:59, 2 August 2016 (UTC)
