Reward Chest

Explorer Achievement for Dragon Stand Not Possible

It should be noted that Thorn Hollow and Deserted Coast do not exist, yet. It is expected that they will be part of the next living story but no one knows for sure. KJZ (talk) 20:55, 6 February 2016 (UTC)

Thorn Hollow and Deserted Coast have been removed from the Explorer achievement

Should they maybe be removed from the list of Locations and added to Trivia?

Feedback 1/1/2017

Anyone know why there are Defend the camp (Dragon's Stand) events under each lane event list? I don't recall ever doing that event, even recently. Sythe 15:55, 1 January 2017 (UTC)

If the escort fails (excluding the first escort I believe), those pop up. If those fail, you get pushed back to the previous camp. Escorts rarely fail if they progress at all so the only time they were ever really seen was at launch when folks farmed lanes one by one. Konig (talk) 16:43, 1 January 2017 (UTC)

All it really takes is 15 people to be able to document this, so it very well could be possible. I've seen people start very late DS maps to just farm one lane, in theory a similar process could be used of starting a lane about an hour after after the true start. Convincing everyone participating to make it fail part way through... might be more challenging... A wiki initiative for it might be a good option for it. -Darqam 20:42, 1 January 2017 (UTC)

Making a note here as I finally got into a fail map (who knew I'd want that?) and observed three defend camp events. There are six defend events - at second and third checkpoints per lane - and seem to happen if the escorts or guard tower gate fail (possibly defeat the spitfire event too, couldn't verify that). some missing dialogue

Just had a map where the events were progressed but then all players left the map allowing the mordrem to fight back and take the camps back and push the vigil all the way back to the start which you very rarely see. So here is a screenshot of the dialogue when a camp is taken and you can see what the tacticians say when the pact moral goes to 0 and the event fails, also some from events at the start that fail dialogue is missing. one in green box is just missing dialogue from doing event. maybe someone is interested to see or add it to the wiki? https://i.imgur.com/t3RZsSm.png Leki (talk) 18:22, 24 September 2018 (UTC)

Map exploration with mounts

Is it possible to get to the Blighting Towers and Dragon's Domain with mounts? I was able to explore everything up to the towers, including the three "secret" areas with the hero points, but the way to the Blighting Towers seems to be walled off even for mounts. Kind of annoying for new characters when there never seems to be a meta group anymore. Rose Of Kali 18:41, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

Try the looking for group tool at the start of the two hour cycle. That said: You can pass through Bitter Harvest (area) with your mount to Dragons Domain (to reach the story). —Kvothe (talk) 23:19, 8 February 2022 (UTC)
