...I personally remember the heads of GW2 before GW2 released promising that players wouldn't have to on purpose fail a quests just to get some item or achievement but here is such an event that has such a requirement if a player is working on HOPE IV: The Catalyst....
...Lazy quest chains are one thing but carelessly putting things behind fail quest chains is stupid.
