The main page says Shells are aquatic-based creatures, to my knowledge there are no Karka that are encountered underwater, this may be why there not part of shell slayer.Spark GOLD "talk" 18:41, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

For those looking for easy kills to run down the slayer achievement in this category, the basic white crabs at Morgans Spiral in the Sylvari starting area DO COUNT for this achievement.

Shell vs Crustacean?

I've just noticed that the Shell Slayer achievement's description calls them "Crustaceans". It seems like "Shell" is merely part of the achievement's name, not the actual name of this race; which would make a lot more sense (Ex: Indiscriminate Slayer). I think "marine invertebrate" would be more accurate, seeing how some Jellyfish count as 'shell'. MithTalk 22:06, 8 February 2015 (UTC)
