Consume Plasma vs. Consume Ectoplasm

When you Steal as a thief, you gain Consume Plasma, not Consume Ectoplasm. Should I copy the contents of this page and move it to Consume Plasma and then change the link from the Thief Steal page?[1] I don't think I can move this page and I also don't know if Consume Ectoplasm actually exists anywhere in the game. Does this skill even exist?

So I've been trying to get a Plasma bundle with this skill to test if Alacrity has been added here too like with Consume Plasma and Consume Plasma (Plasma). But everything I've found on the listed locations in the Plasma article only had the skill Consume Plasma. Now I didn't find something on all of the listed locations and there's probably more, but I'm starting to doubt that Consume Ectoplasm is a thing.
