Should we mention there is a skill in dragon age which has the same name and pretty much the exact same function? (http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Cone_of_Cold) or should we wait until we know more?... or do we simply not care? ~ Reez 04:37 27 January 2011 (UTC)

It's also in WoW and DDO. Tyhe name seems very generic, I don't think it's worth mentioning. --hexal My 04:48, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
(Edit conflict) And it was regular D&D before those...User:aquadrizzt on phone.174.252.88.239 04:50, 27 January 2011 (UTC)
I don't think there are any reason to mention the skill in GW2 to an unrelated game. Chanw4 07:35, 27 January 2011 (UTC)

I find it weird this skill is called "Cone of Cold" when it appears to just be a stream, especially on a spammable 1 skill. Oh well, maybe Anet will change the name :D --Malchior Devenholm 23:18, 30 January 2011 (UTC)
I hope they do change the name. Cone of Cold sounds, well, somewhat stupid. Even Snowcone would be better than this. –~=Ϛρѧякγ AHHH! (τѧιк) ←♥– 05:38, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Cone of Cold is, first and foremost, a D&D reference. Ah, nostalgia... Arshay Duskbrow 03:24, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

Heals for 1?[edit]

[1] Around 35 seconds in, on what appears to be a level 80 character...it heals for 1? ONE? One out of 12,555 health? Pretty massive stuff. --76.115.56.232 10:57, 29 February 2012 (UTC)

Traits most likely affect healing, maybe this person only took traits related to dmg and not healing. Also, in gw1 you had items with negative AND positive buffs (example: -1hp regen but heal for x hp each time you strike) so it's possible this person had a trait (or item) that upped dmg but lowered healing.--213.118.51.162 11:25, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
76 I don't want to blow your mind or anything, but sometimes games that aren't finished yet have bugs in them.

Heal pulses or one shot[edit]

In this entry it shows that the damage is dealt 4 times, each for X amount. However the heal is shown to just be straight up 804, which is incorrect (I believe). It is actually 4x201 heals. Is there a specific reason why the heal and damage facts are shown differently? -Darqam (talk) 22:49, 19 October 2016 (UTC)

Sticking to the style used ingame. The split into four pulses is mentioned in the Notes. --Soulblydd (talk) 08:22, 20 October 2016 (UTC)
