the ingredients for this particular recipe are making "Ice Cream Base" now, not Shure if this was changed at some point or not, maybe we can get a correction here?

A support ticket was sent to Anet. I am unable to acquire this recipe sheet via the PR&T Senior Investigator Hrouda once the quest was completed. The hylek shooters are currently not on the map to use...
- As of the September 2014 Feature Pack many inventories of vendors in the starter zones have been reduced or replaced with bags. This isn't a bug, it was a design choice. Yeah, it sucks. Tyndel (talk) 22:48, 7 February 2015 (UTC)
