Using Thief skills to teleport past lasers[edit]
This is IMO the easiest way to get the Dexterous and Flexible achievement and also get past this area in general.
Infiltrator's Arrow = amazing for this due to no cooldown other than waiting for Initiative to recharge.
Shadow Escape = even IF you get downed by flames you can use this downed skill to teleport to a "safe" floor panel and heal back up
Shadowstep = not really necessary with either of the above and it has a long cooldown, but if you want another just in case, here it is
As an aside, this was my first time using Thief with Short bow and it works great for this mission not only for the lasers but the way the arrows bounce between different targets multiple times in close proximity ex. easily destroying groups of exploding beetles in the part at the end.
Actually given how most of the fighting in this entire Story chapter is with 'package' skills (not your own), even if Thief is not your go-to best tank or DPS character, it doesn't really matter.

Bug using Infiltrator's Arrow to teleport past lasers[edit]
Just did this and it generally works however there is one laser in the corridor with the fire + lasers where Infiltrator's Arrow would not get me past the laser (looks as though I keep running into it). I tried from various angles, starting and targeting different points on the floor. I didn't have the patience to try with other skills like Shadowstep or Shadow Escape but this is something to keep in mind. I ended up just manually jumping over it.

Regarding bug where Joko disappears and you are stuck in the final room[edit]
It appears to be based on how quick you break his defiance bar, as opposed to how long you wait before attacking him. At first I thought I just couldn't interrupt him while he is talking but that's not the case as I waited until he finished and then >30s after. I was using a thief with a Short bow and for some reason Choking Gas one hit destroys his defiance bar. Eventually I switched to using a Rifle and Skirmisher's Shot to "slowly" bring down his defiance bar and I could get past those parts without any problems.
