unlocking requirement incomplete

even with meta done with success, Albax was not present at the location. I was with a char that has not started the eod story, neither discovered other eod map

Requiring a certain story progress would make sense, since a) it is an Arborstone achievement, and you cannot progress other (afaik) achievements until you unlock the hub + b) Albax's dialogue contains heavy story spoilers. ~Sime 16:55, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
