Gliding

It seems like you may be unable to get this achievement if you glide at any point, even if you fall for ten seconds after stowing your glider. Katubug (talk) 05:49, 21 January 2016 (UTC)

Can anyone confirm whether this achievement works in HoT or only in Tyria? Multiple jumps off the island NW of Mellaggan's Valor WP, clicking the ooze immediately before walking off the edge, with 15+ second falls with no glider used at any time, have not produced the aerated ooze. -173.59.187.226 19:33, 27 February 2016 (UTC)

--Update: Jumped off the skritt boat in Silverwastes, landing in the water just in case the "don't touch the ground" applied to the end of the fall. No glider. Had ooze applied prior to walking off the edge, clothing was still silver when I landed in the water. No achievement. Jumping

After a tremendous amount of testing (aka failing) over the course of 2 days and about 6 hours, and even after an unhelpful customer support ticket, I finally tried pressing my spacebar instead of walking off of a ledge and got the achievement exactly when I should have. I tried a half dozen locations without success by walking off, and only got it when I finally pressed jump first. Gigawuts (talk) 16:45, 17 May 2016 (UTC)

Rata Sum

Made it in Council Level in Rata Sum today. Go to NW edge, stand behind left golem PM-632z and turn camera to south. Youll see a bridge under you. Jump and try fly right of it. --Sovngard (talk) 14:24, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

Not sure if its been updated or what, but I received this whilst riding a leyline in Bloodstone Fen with my glider deployed. I did jump off a platform before deploying the glider. -Chieftain Alex 20:22, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
