I haven't been able to track this NPC down after running around the bazaar for quite some time. Does anyone have any idea where he is? ~ Sanna

Since the merchant was created during the second PoF beta, it is very likely that it was a beta NPC that didn't make it into the expansion game. ~SimeTalk 01:04, 4 May 2020 (UTC)
