Acquisition[edit]
- Found in the final loot bag dropped by Skritt Burglars that spawn as a part of the Stop the skritt burglar before it escapes with the treasure event.
Notes[edit]
- The drop is not guaranteed, it can take several skritt burglar events to find it.
