Stop the skritt burglar before it escapes with the treasure is a variable level dynamic event that occurs in various locations. A skritt burglar spawns when a chest is opened and then runs away, dropping multiple purple-glowing loot sacks. The respective levels of the event, the foe, and the reward depend on the area in which the event occurs.
