Acquisition

• Starting from  The Joko Gate — , go northeast past the western gate of The Sepulcher until you are at the northern gate of The Sepulcher. Walk further east and follow the wall until there is a Sand Portal.
• Entering the portal will bring you to the first room of The Deadhouse. Run through it until you find another Sand Portal leading to the second room. The Runeforger's Chest is located northwest slightly hidden behind a pillar.

• If obtained shortly after the release of Path of Fire, the upgrade slot was empty.
