Repel the Branded invasion and close the rifts
Repel the Branded invasion and close the rifts is a level 80 event that occurs in various places on the Jahai Bluffs map. The event appears as a large bubble over the landscape, with the area inside spawning themed foes and decor. The events in Prosperity's Approach and western Venta Pass are Ascalonian-themed, the ones in Rilohn River and Kodonur Temple are Shiverpeak-themed, and the one in eastern Venta Pass is Heart of Maguuma-themed.
Objectives[edit]
- Time until rift is fully formed: 1:00
- Defeat the Branded incursion.
- Time limit: 15:00
- Close the rift by defeating the Tethered Riftstalker.
- Time limit: 15:00

- The appearance of a rift is announced via an on-screen, map-wide message stating "An active disturbance has been detected!"
- If you are within the area (bubble) when the event begins, you will be pushed back and receive five stacks of Confusion.
- Event scaling can lead to multiple incursions and tethered riftstalkers may occur within a single rift event.
