People Watching is an achievement from the Flashpoint release that requires players to find the Whispers Agent and then plant 7 scanners throughout Draconis Mons. A red icon will indicate the places where the scanners must be planted; simply flying by will place the scanner and award credit for the achievement.

Walkthrough

1	Find the missing golem and learn the password.		Rata Arcanum	Asura Gate —	Inside a tent in Rata Arcanum
2	Find the Whispers agent, give him the password, and obtain the scanners.		Rata Arcanum	Inquest Field Lab —	Hidden in a bush on a short ledge. Use mushroom to reach.
3	This scanner should overlook the mercenary base.		Heathen's Hold	Iota Vault —	On a stalactite visible just below the entry to Iota Vault
4	This scanner should be atop a high tree.		Savage Rise	Scout's Clearing —	Difficult to reach from below due to curvature of the tree. Can be reached from above by taking a thermal tube from Heathen's Hold Waypoint to the volcano's core and walking around it clockwise.
5	This scanner should overlook the Inquest camp.		Rata Arcanum	Inquest Field Lab —	Take the thermal tube from Gate of Fire
6	This scanner should watch Tennon and Tinderbough.[sic]		Savage Rise	Viraddi's Salvation —	Right next to the Savage Rise vista, atop some rock pillars.
7	This scanner should overlook the mercenary submarine.		Mariner Landing	Mariner Landing Waypoint —	On the underside of the cliff above the sub. Can be reached with Oakheart Essence.
8	This scanner should watch the spiders from a stalactite.		Ancient Hollow	Golem Graveyard —	West of Ancient Hollow Waypoint. Use Oakheart Essence to get up to the ceiling.
9	This scanner should watch the mercenary leader.		Heathen's Hold	Mercenary Encampment —	Inside a mass of fallen rocks over above a cavern. It is accessible from the north.
