Peneloopee is a quaggan and the love interest of Bloomanoo. She was present during The Nightmares Within release and was found hallucinating at the Thunder Ridge Camp in Kessex Hills. She survived the attack on Lion's Arch and was found in the camp in Gendarran Fields, along with Bloomanoo. Some time after the death of Scarlet, she and Bloomanoo left for Ascalon Settlement in Gendarran Fields, to escape the destruction and annihilation that Scarlet brought. She heard the dragon's roar, thinking Scarlet won. She moved to Moorookoo Village in Lion's Arch after the city was rebuilt and lives in a quaggan house with Bloomanoo and their tadpoles.
