Bloomanoo
Bloomanoo is a quaggan and the love interest and later husband of Peneloopee. He was present during The Nightmares Within release, helping with the investigation of the Toxic Alliance. He survived the attack on Lion's Arch and was found in the camp in Gendarran Fields, along with Peneloopee. Some time before the death of Scarlet, he and Peneloopee left for Ascalon Settlement in Kessex Hills, to escape the destruction and annihilation that Scarlet brought with her. After all that he's been through, he now prefers being only with Peneloopee, thinking that finding another community of quaggans will only bring more unneeded attention, since he prefers to keep a lower profile now. He moved to Moorookoo Village in Lion's Arch after the city was rebuilt and lives in a quagggan house with Peneloopee and their tadpoles.

Dialogue[edit]

- While Making the Antitoxin is active
- Quaggan is needed here in the camp, for now. Soon, quaggan may be needed in Lion's Arch or anywhere far from here.
- What do you think is happening?
- Quaggan thinks the krait have enslaved the Nightmare Court and are turning them poisonous. Quaggan smells pollen. Lots of rancid pollen.
- Enslaving the Nightmare Court?
- Okay, maybe not enslaving, even though that's what krait do. Maybe hypnotizing. Or brainstorming...no, wait, brainwashing. Basically, quaggan knows it's all the krait's fault.
- I doubt it.
- I see.
- Good luck.
