Patli is a hylek located on the Zopatl Grounds in Ventry Bay. She is also sometimes found inside a Mysterious Chest by within the clearing south of the Sperrins Waypoint in Glencarn Sperrins, having been captured by a krait witch who had exploited Patli and her transformation magic.
