Walkthrough[edit]
Break down the Funhouse door and advance to the main room, defeating the Inquest as you progress. In the main room you will need to destroy the soul-generators. As they are destroyed, more enemies will be released, so defeat them before destroying the next generator. Once all the generators have been destroyed, a short cut-scene will play and a few more Inquest appear. Once they have been handled you must choose a course of action.

Dialogue[edit]
At start of instance:
- Kazz: Is this the place? Lead the way. I just hope we find the device in time to save Doxa.
Upon entering the Funhouse:
- Kazz: Look at this place. This is genius unbound by morality, with a heaping helping of jerk.
After defeating the Inquest beside the generators:
- Kazz: The machine we need is behind that barrier. Smash those generators and bring it down!
When destroying the generators:
- Kazz: Watch out! That power surge woke those experiments up, and they don't look happy!
- Inquest Golemancer laughs with <Character name>.
- Ettin: Little big ears hurt me. Smash little big ears!
- Ettin: Me kill tiny needle-poke men. Kill!
- SRV 3296: Why, oh—why—was—I—programmed—to—feel—pain?
- Kazz: Careful, those generators keep the holding cells shut. Be ready for anything.
- Ogre Brute: Now we'll see how much pain you can stand.
- Ettin: Now I give back pain you gave me!
After destroying all six generators:
- Kazz: The barrier's down. Let's go.
Talking to allies before retrieving the Metaphysic Fusion Device:
- Kazz: I hope we can acquire the Metaphysic Fusion Device without too much trouble. Or bloodshed.
- We can, but how much blood is shed is up to the Inquest.
- Zojja: I'm not sure the Metaphysic Fusion Device will be enough, even with my input. But if it helps your friends and harms the Inquest, I'm willing to try.
- That's all we can ask. It's our best—our only—chance.
Cinematic after inspecting the Metaphysic Fusion Device:
- Zojja: Wait: this won't work. You saw the lab full of failures in there. The Inquest golems were out of control, dangerous...more golem than pilot.
- Zojja: I think this Recursive Feedback device only fuses people to golems. I don't think it can extract a person from one.
- <Character Name>: Can we repurpose it, make it do what we want? If we do nothing, we could lose her entirely. We have to try.
- Kazz: That may kill her anyway. There is another option: we use the Inquest device to put me inside another golem. Then at least Doxa and I can be together.
- Zojja: That's crazy. You could both die, or have your personalities totally subsumed. Then you'd just watch helplessly as your golem bodies go bonkers.
- Kazz: It's worth it...for her. She's everything to me. Listen, I know I'm not thinking clearly here. You're our friend, our krewemate, and I trust you.
- Kazz: I need your input. Should we try to extract Doxa, and maybe kill her? Or fuse me with a golem, and maybe kill us both?
Talking to allies before deciding:
- Mr.Sparkles: Standing—by. Until—I—have—tabulated—the—data, please—speak—to—Zojja.
- Got it.
- Zojja: We're in a grey area here. Fusing people with golems is Inquest territory. If you need a second opinion, I'd be happy to offer mine.
- I would like to hear your input.
- I'll answer as best I can...which will be amazingly good, as you'll see. Ask away.
- What are the dangers of separating Doxa from the MIG?
- If it doesn't kill her, she could be stuck fused to it, or stay fused and go insane, or be unfused and still go insane. I'm 82% confident none of those will happen.
- Those aren't great odds. I need to think.
- I have another question.
- I'll answer as best I can...which will be amazingly good, as you'll see. Ask away.
- What are the dangers of separating Doxa from the MIG? (same as above)
- What's the risk if fusing Kazz with another golem? (same as below)
- What's the risk if fusing Kazz with another golem?
- He could lose his mind—literally. It could just drift off, disconnected from either body. Or he could simply die...or go berserk like Doxa did. He'll definitely lose his looks.
- Your optimism needs work, and I need to think.
- I have another question. (same as above)
- Thanks. I need to think this over.
- Thanks, but I have all the data I need to decide.
- Kazz: I'm sorry, but I have to leave this decision up to you. Are we going to risk lives by trying to put me in a golem, or by trying to get Doxa out?
- Anything the Inquest builds, we can improve. We're extracting Doxa. (Leads to Defusing the Problem)
- I hope you're right. If Doxa dies, or vanishes into the golem's magi-mechanical mind, it'll be the end for me, too.
- Trust me, Kazz. We can do this.
- I don't like it, but I think it's safer to put you in a golem. We're fusing you. (Leads to The Things We Do For Love)
- You know, it sounds crazy, even when you say it. But I trust you. If the choice is be a golem with Doxa, or be without Doxa, it's the easiest choice I've ever made. Let's go.
- You two clearly need each other. I just hope we can make it work.
- Let's review our options.
- We can try to unfuse Doza[sic] from the MIG, but that could kill her. We can try to fuse me to a golem so that Doxa and I can be together, but that could kill me. It's risky either way.
- Very risky. I'm not sure I can choose.
- I need more time to ponder this.
After choosing to extract Doxa:
- Zojja: We're done here. Let's get back to the lab and see if we can perform a golemectomy.
- Kazz: Technically, it's a Doxa-ectomy because we're removing her from...oh, never mind. I just want her safe.
- Zojja: Don't be so glum. If the Inquest shows up, we could all die, and then it won't matter.
- Mr.Sparkles: Merging—flesh—with—metal—is—tricky. So—is—unmerging. I—prefer—the—pilot—golem—interface—I—use—with—Zojja. It's—just—as—efficient—and—far—safer.
- Agreed. But we have to press on, for Kazz and Doxa's sake.
- Zojja: It was a tough call. I respect your alacrity. I'm also relieved nobody will blame me if things go wrong. Anyway, Mr. Sparkles and I are standing by for you.
- Thanks. I'll definitely need your help.
- Kazz: The only thing keeping me going is the chance to see Doxa free of that golem.
- Don't worry. We'll get her out.
After choosing to merge Kazz into a golem:
- Zojja: All right. We need to do this someplace less inhabited to avoid undue attention.
- Kazz: There's a facility in Desider Atum that would work. It's where Doxa and I went on our first date... Oh, Doxa.
- Zojja: And now you'll be reunited there as golems. Or die trying. Either way, it'll be over soon.
- Mr.Sparkles: Merging—flesh—with—metal—is—tricky. So—is—unmerging. I—prefer—the—pilot—golem—interface—I—use—with—Zojja. It's—just—as—efficient—and—far—safer.
- Agreed. But we have to press on, for Kazz and Doxa's sake.
- Zoja: It was a tough call. I respect your alacrity. I'm also relieved nobody will blame me if things go wrong. Anyway, Mr. Sparkles and I are standing by for you.
- Thanks. I'll definitely need your help.
- Kazz: Will Doxa and I recognize each other as golems? Will we still be...us?
- Hard to say. You will still have the same strong asura hearts, metal body aside.
