The Beckoning Force is a pool of water imbued with magic. It is located inside, at the bottom of one of the crashed pirate ships. The stairways leading to the pool of water blend in with their backgrounds and environment; thus, it's tricky to see at first glance. It may only be reached once the gates are opened during the The Campaign Against Taidha Covington event, which starts once every 3 hours.
