Maclaine Diemer

Maclaine Diemer is the lead composer at ArenaNet. He contributed, along with Stan LePard, to most of the musical pieces in the major updates such as the Shadow of the Mad King, The Lost Shores and Wintersday.
He was also the leading charge in creating new themes and songs for the Living World Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 4 as well as Heart of Thorns and Path of Fire expansions.
In April 2019 he left ArenaNet to pursue other projects, though is still contributing music to Guild Wars 2.[1][2] In 2021, he returned to ArenaNet to write music for the End of Dragons expansion as the lead composer.[3] In 2023, he also wrote music for the Secrets of the Obscure expansion.[4]

- Provided the male vocals for the reimagination of Fear Not This Night, that was released with the "Guild Wars 2 Living World Season 4 Episode 2 A Bug in the System Trailer" and the full version later released on SoundCloud titled "Fear Not This Night 2018"[5]
