Lupicus Boneyard is a graveyard of huge beasts, their tar-covered fossils. The passageway towards the Domain of Vabbi can be found directly east of this point of interest.

This point of interest can be reached by traveling east from 
Joko's Domain Waypoint — through a short cave filled with Cave Spiders and Spiderwebs and otherwise following the road visible on the compass.
