Kralkatorrik's Theme
"Kralkatorrik's Theme" is a recurring instrumental theme composed by Maclaine Diemer which musically represents the Elder Dragon Kralkatorrik. It made its debut during Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire.

"Kralkatorrik's Theme" makes its first appearance in the "Minions of Kralkatorrik" track which plays during fights with the Branded in the Crystal Desert.[1] Frenetic strings begin the theme by playing in a fast-paced ostinato in the background before adding in menacing brass which plays overhead with longer notes, signifying the Elder Dragon's resolute will commanding its Branded minions to fight in its name.
Living World Season 4[edit]
"Kralkatorrik's Theme" returns in the "Assault On Amnoon" track when Kralkatorrik sends a Brandstorm and several Branded minions to invade the Free City of Amnoon in the Eye of the Brandstorm chapter of the Daybreak release.[2] The theme is played in a slower tempo with lumbering brass signifying the growing influence of the Elder Dragon as its tests its new, far-reaching powers on the Elonian population. The "Assault on Amnoon" track is used again during the Pact Commander and Aurene's fateful confrontation with Kralkatorrik deep within the Auditorium of Thunderhead Keep where they intend to trap the Elder Dragon to kill it with the allied army's help in The Crystal Dragon chapter of the All or Nothing release.
