Getting there

From  Astral Ward Camp Waypoint — , travel northeast towards The Bleeding Wastes until you reach The Southern Extractor. The mastery point will be located on top of the Southern Extractor. Take a Skyscale and traverse up the extractor, alternatively, you can use one of the towering "blood vessels" as a launch-off point. There are updrafts nearby where you can use the Enhanced Updrafts mastery and Volatile Magic (object) to recharge your Skyscale's endurance.
