Getting there[edit]
From 
Astral Ward Camp Waypoint — , travel northeast towards The Bleeding Wastes until you reach The Rot. Take either a Skyscale or Springer and navigate towards the giant cliff bordering the map. The mastery point will be located on a exposed opening within the cliff facing towards the map border.
