Acquisition[edit]
- Walk into any of the roaming Ice Storms in Bitterfrost Frontier, or be frozen by a Veteran Corrupted Ice Elemental around or during the Claw of Jormag world boss event.
- Sometimes you can just get it by defeating the Claw of Jormag event.
