High Speaker Jika
High Speaker Jika is one of Tetra Earthcall's close councillors. She seems to get less respect from her than High Speaker Noomi does.

Dialogue[edit]
- I just wish Tetra would remember my name. Is that too much to ask?
- humanity.
- You're right... Ugh, but we've just accomplished so much more since she came on...
- I suppose I have time for that! What are your questions?
- Wardens come from?
- No one knows for sure, and they're not eager to explain themselves to humans, even friends of the forest. But stories say they were human druids who underwent a ritual to become eternal protectors.
- The men have been roaming this forest for centuries, but the women only arrived recently, led by Tetra.
- Apparently they guarded a location of some great importance, hidden far away from mortal eyes. They felt called to come protect us from the scourge of jade tech.
- I presumed to ask Tetra that once, and she...laughed at me, then told me that if I ever asked again, she'd turn my head to pulp. It's not for us to know.
- She is an enlightened being far beyond us who tolerates our presence only because we are helping her cause. We obey her orders and don't waste her time with chitchat.
- I have another question.
- Fair enough...
Can I talk to Tetra?
- Whoa...
What was it the female Wardens were guarding?
- I see.
Where were they?
- Interesting...
Oh?
- Huh...
Where did the - Spea—we get started?
- When jade tech first started to become popular, a few concerned citizens got together to begin protesting its use. When the junkyard went into Echovald, it was a flash point that galvanized more...
- Why should our forest suffer so city people can sit around and watch flickering images of fake people's lives and have machines do all the work?
- We tried and we tried to get through to people, but our voices weren't being heard, no matter what we did. Then Tetra came. She promised us people would listen if we followed her lead.
- Yes, no one listened until we made sure they couldn't ignore us.
- I have another question.
- They certainly can't.
By bombing people.
- It's a means to an end. We needed a source of power, and so we found one.
- I have another question.
- Indeed.
By binding spirits.
- I see.
When did it become more than a protest?
- Why, indeed.
Oh?
- Hmm...
How did the - Anyway, I need to run.
I'm new, and I was hoping someone could answer a few questions. Could you?
- We have.
No, you shouldn't follow a leader who doesn't respect your basic - That's tough.
