Glint's Trials
Glint's Trials is an extension of Glint's Lair protected in the Mists which can be accessed, among other things, via Glint's Hourglass. It was created to act as a refuge for Glint's scions, a proving ground for the scions and their champion with instructions from Glint herself, as well as a final test to prepare the scions for replacing an Elder Dragon. This portion of Glint's Lair is a reactive space, with messages from Glint that would alter based on those within and with ambient magic which can open portals to distant locations such as Thunderhead Keep.[1] Unlike the rest of Glint's Lair, it does not appear to be falling into decay since her death or slowly succumbing to Kralkatorrik's corruption.
After Glint's demise in the battle against Kralkatorrik in 1320 AE, her body can be found at the entrance to the refuge. Aurene, Caithe and the Pact Commander visited the refuge in 1331 AE where Aurene and the Commander's bond was tested in preparation for their confrontation with Kralkatorrik in Thunderhead Peaks.
