Freeze is a control effect that completely immobilizes the target and cannot be removed with a stun break. The target becomes trapped in a visible block of ice that can be destroyed, like other objects. It is seen most often in foes found in colder locations, such as Veteran Snow Troll and the shaman in Snowblind Fractal.
