The Floating Grizwhirl is an Inquest device that Uzolan had acquired through unknown means. In turn, it was given to the Separatists posing as carnival workers in Divinity's Reach as part of a plot to kill Queen Jennah. The carnival workers pretended to steal the Floating Grizwhirl from Uzolan, likely to help maintain his innocence in the matter.
