Facets of Light are small facets of Glint that assist the Facet Guardian in Glint's Lair during the Path of Fire story instance Crystalline Memories. Once one is defeated, it drops an orb of light that grants the player a Crystal Shield, which negates the damage of the Facet Guardian's most dangerous attack. Facets of Light continuously spawn during the parts of the fight where the Crystal Shield is required, otherwise they are replaced by Facets of Darkness.
