Emerald Bluff is a point of interest in the Silent Surf, in southeast Dragon's End. It is a small settlement on the shore of the Jade Sea that possibly predates the Jade Wind. Many of its inhabitants are older people uninterested in moving to other regions of Cantha.[1]
