API Key Management[edit]
API keys are a way to grant third-party tools and applications partial read-only access to your Guild Wars 2 account. To use them, create a key, then copy and paste it into the field provided by the third-party tool or application. Each key is granted a fixed set of permissions that limit what third-party tools can access, and you can delete a key at any time to revoke the permissions granted.
Security[edit]
- Displays IP addresses authorized to access your account.
- Setup Mobile Authenticator Beta [2]. If someone steals your password [1], they could easily lock you out of your own account and delete your characters. Reduce this risk to your Guild Wars 2 account by enabling two-step verification through the mobile authenticator app. Note: The mobile authenticator replaces e-mail authentication [3] on your account.
Link accounts[edit]
Link your Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 accounts. Unlock access to your earned achievements and rewards by linking your Guild Wars account with your Guild Wars 2 account. Enter your original Guild Wars account name and password below to link your accounts. To calculate your achievements and rewards, visit the Hall of Monuments.

Login web page[edit]
Login is required before authorized to Edit account.
- Login using the same credentials as the Login screen
- Register, which requires a 25-character alphanumeric serial code (also known as an access key). The serial code may appear on the distribution media or sent digitally via email. The serial code is associated with an email address and password [1] that are entered into the login screen. If an account is compromised then an Account Restoration may be requested.
