This Dagger is found near the Burn Pit in Salvation Pass. It seems to be made of bloodstone and was presumably used to kill the bandits' prisoners.

Dialogue

The dagger gives off a faint glow and appears to be fashioned out of a bloodstone shard. Its edges are extremely sharp. The hilt is speckled with dried blood.
