Cullen
Cullen is a master scribe that resides in the guild hall near the scribing stations once workshop restoration has begun. He sells scribe crafting supplies and decorations. Upgrading the guild reduces the price of some items and unlocks new ones.

- You already have the maximum active disciplines, so you'll need to deactivate one first. You won't lose your progress, but reactivating it will cost more than learning a new discipline.

- As your guild unlocks schematics, they will become available at the guild's scribing stations. You can also experiment with components in a scribing station's Discovery Pane to learn new recipes.
