The Chromatic Cubozoa is a large jellyfish which dwells in the depths of the Mire Sea. By 1325 AE it had earned the attention of the largos Sayeh al' Rajihd who decided to hunt it down to test her skills. While stalking her prey, however, Sayeh ran into Crusader Apatia and the Pact Commander who were looking for information about the mysterious Blue Orb which the Pact was after. Before telling the pair what she knew, the largos challenged them to prove their worth by sending them to kill the jellyfish. Apatia and the Commander faced the Chromatic Cubozoa and defeated the beast. Impressed, Sayeh promised to present the jellyfish's carcass as a trophy to the Tethyos Houses in the pair's name.
