Champion of the Colleges was an effect acquired by speaking to the Rata Sum Emissary in The Crown Pavilion.

Critical Chance is increased by 15%.- This effect was used to complete the Champion of the Colleges achievement for the Queen Jennah's Jubilee achievement category.
