Champion Brotherhood Lieutenant is a human Jade Brotherhood member that can be found in Brotherhood Woodlands during Defeat the Jade Brotherhood lieutenant.

- Throw Wrench - Throws out wrenches in a circle, which return after reaching a certain range.

Their actions are still their own, but they appear to be suffering initial symptoms of void corruption: they have a void-shrouded appearance, complain of head pains, and seem to be hallucinating "fissures" in the sky[1].
