The Champion Brackish Skale is a powerful brackish skale that appears in the Sati Passage only when the Veteran Brackish Skale at both southern ends of the passage are defeated.

Regeneration (10s; reapplied every 10s when a player is nearby) — Gain health every second; stacks duration.
- Skills
- Slash — Basic melee autoattack.
- Jab — Bites the target.
- Vomit — Spews out a puddle of vomit that damages targets in a circle-shaped AoE that appears around the skale. The puddle strikes six times and lasts for six seconds.
