Oh, a visitor. Are you all right? It sounds nasty out here.

What are you doing here?

When the attack started, I realized there were citizens here who didn't know what was happening. I had to warn them. Before I knew it, I couldn't flee the city.

Got it, but who are you?

Captain Peter...well, I'm best known as Peter the Lost, member in good standing of the Captain's Council.

Let me guess. The city was hit and you ran for the exit, but you got lost.

No, no..just no. Everyone ribs me that I have no sense of direction, but my "title" comes from having lost a magic ship that now sails adrift forever.

Yeah, sure.

A lot of citizens made it to relief camps. You likely saved some of them.

Oh sweet Dwayna, that's terrific news. Being secluded here, I had no news of the city after the initial attack. At least some of the citizens are safe.

During and after Festival of the Four Winds

I've heard stories about how Lion's Arch has bounced back from previous disasters. I wonder if they thought back then what I'm thinking now.

Which is?

How hard can you punch a city before it breaks for good? Looking at the devastation, I wonder if luck has run out for Lion's Arch.
