Aurielo the Survivor is an Order of Whispers agent in Gendarran Fields, sitting by the bridge East of Applenook Hamlet Waypoint. He informs those players who have joined the Order of Whispers of the Provernic Crypt puzzle in the north of the zone.

This is so infuriating. These people work hard enough without a bunch of thieving, yellow-bellied, underhanded, foul-smelling, worthless, rotten pirates wrecking everything.

Who are you?

Aurielo the Survivor, if that tells you anything. I was a drifter after I lost my second warband. When I came here and saw pirates setting fire to the farms I decided to stay and help the farmers.

What can I find there?

A fight. It's got an ooze problem, and some of the spiders lurking in there are particularly nasty. Be quick on your feet; dodging the spike traps is the best part, but getting caught in one isn't much fun.

Notes

Lore discrepancy:

Aurielo mentions a "tomb of an ancient war leader of Ascalon" that is "up north a ways" from Cornucopian Fields.
However, the only tomb in that direction is of Mazdak the Accursed, who hails from Orr and (purportedly) founded Kryta. (ref. Dead of Winter)
