- Amnesty of Shing Jea was available during the End of Dragons Beta Event 4.
- Amnesty of Shing Jea: Reversed the order of boon application so that Luxon skills grant Might and Kurzick skills grant Regeneration. Both Energy Meld and Alliance Tactics grant both bonuses simultaneously, for increased effect.
