Mechanics

• Increases passive regeneration effect by 25%.
• The healing per second increases from (85 + Healing Power * 0.06) to (105 + Healing Power * 0.075) at level 80.

Anomalies:

• Virtue of Resolve heals every second, while this trait displays healing over 3s. Normalized, the trait provides only a third of its reported healing.
• This trait does not appear to boost the Regeneration granted by Phoenix Protocol.
