"Vengeance Rising" Strongbox is a strongbox in Eastwatch Bluff.
Location[edit]
Getting there[edit]
Starting from 
Eastwatch Waypoint — , head east towards the waterfall. At the bottom of the waterfall turn north into a large hole which leads down to a cave where you will find the strongbox. A Veteran Mordem Vinetooth spawns upon entering the cave but it can be avoided with stealth if you choose.
