I been out here guarding Southwatch for awhile now. I've seen people like you come and go, carried off or walking off. You have to be tough to put up with the constant battles on this shore. The undead never give up.

The undead bother you?

"Bother" is—how do you say that—an understatement. They shred us on a regular basis. We do what we can to keep them back, but there's no end to them. They keep coming and coming and coming and...well, you get the idea.

Who's in charge of defenses here?

In charge? It's like Tlamatini Huelic says. When we're out here, we're all in charge. We're fighting for our lives. We have to be as brave and strong as we can be or we'll die. We do have Wyld Hunters and a couple chieftains around, though.

Who's Tlamatini Huelic?

Praise Zintl, Tlamatini Huelic is our shaman. He lives in the temple, and says powerful prayers daily to keep the undead in the bay, away from us.

And the Wyld Hunt valiants?

I have seen several sylvari valiants come and go. They're earnest and want to help us. I've never known warriors so determined to fulfill their destiny. It's good they come here to help us.

You mentioned multiple chieftains?

You have to understand that many tribes have come here to find refuge from the undead. It is our last safe place. The Zintl temple has welcomed all hylek tribes; the Bogotl and the Ni-tlacua, as well as many others. We fight side-by-side to survive.
