Waypoint Research Material is a broken waypoint that lies just before Vexa's staging ground. The Pile of Ley Line Dust is used here to become Pile of Crackling Ley Line Dust.

Dialogue

Waypoint debris covers the ground.

(If you have Pile of Ley Line Dust in your inventory)

Place the crackling ley line dust on the shattered waypoint.

Leave.

(If you have Gelid Paste and Explosive Fumes in your inventory)

The waypoint residue could be used as a powerful catalyst.

Combine Gelid Paste and Explosive Fumes, using the dust for stabilization. (ends dialogue and gives Corrosive Paste)

Leave.

Notes

Anomalies:

• The dialogue states "crackling ley line dust" even though that is the result the player receives, not the precursor item.
• If the player has both the Pile of Crackling Ley Line Dust and the Pile of Ley Line Dust, only one of them will be transformed.
